Can I keep my existing number?
Yes. You forward your current number to the AI receptionist, for every call or only when you don’t answer. Customers keep calling the number they already know.
Does it tell callers it’s an AI?
Yes. It introduces itself as an AI assistant and tells callers the call is recorded.
What happens after a call?
You get an email with the caller’s name, number, what they need and a short summary of the call, usually within a minute of them hanging up.
